Tracking Orders

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

How to Track

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking link/number.

  2. Visit 【your tracking page URL / apps tracking page】 and enter your order number + email (if applicable).

  3. If tracking hasn’t updated yet, please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for the carrier system to refresh.

Common Tracking Questions

  • “Label created / Pre-shipment”: Your package is packed and awaiting carrier scan; updates may take a little time.

  • No movement for several days: Carriers sometimes miss scans; the package may still be in transit.

  • Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check mailbox/front desk/neighbors and contact the carrier first. If you still can’t locate it within 【48 hours】, email us and we’ll help.
