“Label created / Pre-shipment”: Your package is packed and awaiting carrier scan; updates may take a little time.
No movement for several days: Carriers sometimes miss scans; the package may still be in transit.
Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check mailbox/front desk/neighbors and contact the carrier first. If you still can’t locate it within 【48 hours】, email us and we’ll help.
