Return Policy

We want you to love your everydaybliss piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—please read the policy below.

1) Return Window

  • Non-personalized items: Eligible for return within 【30】 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

2) Personalized / Custom Items

Because many of our products are made to order (e.g., engraved/name/birthstone/photo or projection styles), personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage in transit

  • Wrong item received

(Examples of personalized items include photo/projection jewelry, engraved pieces, name pieces, and other custom designs.) 

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 【7】 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/video of the issue
    We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

4) How to Start a Return

Email us at hct907@qq.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please do not send returns without approval.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • For non-defective returns: customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • For defective/incorrect items: we will cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no cost (case-by-case).

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 【5–10 business days】.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7) Exchanges

We currently 【do/do not】 offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.
