Welcome to everybliss.life (the “Site”), operated by everydaybliss (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

6. Personalized / Custom Orders

Many of our items are made to order (e.g., engraving, name jewelry, birthstone choices, photo/projection customization). By placing a personalized order, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for confirming spelling, dates, names, images, and all customization details before submitting.

  • Minor variations may occur due to craftsmanship and material characteristics.

  • Personalized items are generally final sale, except where required by law or in cases of defect/incorrect item (see Return Policy).

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, responsibility for the package transfers to you, except where prohibited by law.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Shipping Policy posted on the Site. In case of conflict, the Return Policy controls for returns/refunds.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed, unless we explicitly agree.

  • We may change or end promotions at any time.

  • We may refuse codes if we suspect misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

10. Intellectual Property
